About Nintendo

My Source of Joy
and Entertainment

My name is Mikaila, and I love classic video games. My all time favoites were created by
the unrivaled company, Nintendo. The corporation was founded on September 23, 1889
by Fusajiro Yamauchi. The comapny has a total of 716 known licensed games with over
103.54 million sales. Below is a list of the most iconic games I've ever played.

1. Super Mario 64
IGN Rating: 9.8/10
Super Mario 64 is a 1996 platform game for the Nintendo 64. It is the first Super Mario game to feature 3D gameplay!
Not only is this game nostalgic but it comes in first place because of it's limitless interactivity in the 3d world and
mesmorizing soundtrack. I've played and beat all 15 worlds an embarrassing amount of times. However each
time I replay feels like I'm playing this game for the first time again. It may not be perfect, and better games
have been released since it's launch but there's nothing that can warm your heart like SM64.

2. The Lengend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
IGN Rating: 9/10
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap is an action-adventure video game and the twelfth entry in The Legend of Zelda series.
This masterpiece is in my hall of fame because of Nintendo's ability to tell capitivating stories while having a simple interface.
Despite it's simple interface, this game is no where near easy...So why Minish Cap out of all Zelda games? Honestly,
I just love the array of weapons, the kinstone fusing, the bosses, and just about everything in this game.

3. Metroid Fusion
IGN Rating: 9.5/10
Metroid Fusion is an action-adventure game published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance handheld console in 2002.
Playing this game truly feels like watching a horror movie unfold about a Parasite X apocolypse. What makes this game special for me ,
is it's dark element in comparison to other Nintendo games. I mean there's a metal robot bleeding out of it's eyes, whose name is
Nightmare by the way. Despite it's meloncholy nature, this gameplay brings me great joy.
